1. What questions can I ask?

You can ask any question that can be answered with words or numbers. And you can revise your question or edit it at any time as long as it is not 'locked' because it is being worked on by an Expert. Our Tutors are experts in the field related to your question. Currently, you can ask questions in the following categories: Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance and Computer Science.

2. What are locked questions?

Questions that Experts are currently answering are locked to ensure that only one Expert works on them at a time. Right now, questions are locked for a maximum of two hours. During this period, no other Expert can answer the locked question, nor can other users make comments. Once the Expert responds to the question, its status changes from "locked" to "answered." If the Expert does not answer the question in the locked time period, then the question's status reverts to "unanswered" and another Expert can choose to answer it.

3. Will NetSkool answer my homework questions?

It is not always possible for NetSkool to tell when a question posted to the site is a "homework" question. In general, we recommend that you use NetSkool as a tool to assist you with your homework rather than as a substitute for you doing your homework yourself. Please note that we reserve the right to remove questions from the site for any reason.

4. How much do answers cost?

The price you set for your question should reflects how much you're willing to pay for an order.


In general, we suggest that you pay $10-$20 per question.($5 for multiple choice type)
. A problem that requires an 30 minutes of work should be priced $20-30 dollars.

If you want a fast answer to your question, you should set a higher price for your question.

Pricing Tips

  • Your price will also impact the length and level of detail in your answer, the breadth of resources consulted, and the amount of analysis done by your Expert.
  • Consider the difficulty of your questions, the amount of time they will require, and the complexity of the answers and research that may go into it.
  • Above all - try to pay what the information is worth to you, not what you think you can get it for - that is the best way to get a good answer - but only you can know the value of the information you seek.
  • Time in another dimension that you should consider. If you need the answer in les than 24 hours versus two weeks, you should price it higher to incentivize the Experts.


Setting a price too low for a difficult and time-intensive problem may result in not receiving an answer. You'll only be charged the when and if an expert agrees to work on your project.


5. Is my credit card information safe?

We understand that making a purchase online involves a great deal of trust on your part.
