1. What is NetSkool's Privacy Policy?
NetSkool is committed to maintaining your confidence
and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy
to protect personal information you provide online. During the process
of delivering pages to you, NetSkool does not collect any personally
identifiable information about you such as name, address, phone
number, or e-mail address. However, NetSkool does obtain some types
of non-personally identifiable information such as the Internet
Service Provider you use to connect to the Internet, your browser
type, or the type of computer operating system you use. NetSkool
may combine this information with other users' information and review
it in an aggregate form to understand the type of individuals who
use a specific service. In some cases, you may voluntarily provide
personal information in response to a specific service. This information
will never be made available to any third parties.
NetSkool, as well as most sites on the Internet,
uses "cookies" to enhance your experience on the web.
NetSkool cannot use these cookies to personally identify you in
any way. If you do not want the benefit of cookies, there is a simple
procedure to manually delete your cookies. Please consult your web
browser's Help documentation for more information.
2. Will my question and answer be
publicly viewable?
No. Your question and the corresponding
answer will be posted in your account and viewable only by the expert
and the NetSkool administrator. Personal information will never
be posted with your question, so your privacy is protected. We DO
NOT reuse the answers. Every solution is generated uniquely for
you to make sure that you do not recieve a canned response.
3. Will others be able to see my
email address or personal information if I ask a question?
No. The expert only sees only your NetSkool
nickname. They do not, at any time, have access to your personal
information. The only person who has your contact information is
the Account Manager assigned to your order.
4. Should I post my email address
to NetSkool if someone asks for it?
To protect your privacy, we recommend that you not
post your email address or any other personal information about
yourself on NetSkool's message board. Experts are asked to not answer
questions that contain or ask for personal contact information.
5.What happens to those who spam
NetSkool?
Users who spam NetSkool will have their posting privileges
revoked. If you see evidence of spamming, please report it to us
by sending us email at mailto:nosmap@netskool.com.
6. How do I report questionable
content?
At the bottom of every question page we provide a
link to mailto:nosmap@netskool.com.
We encourage you to use this link whenever you see questionable
content posted to the site. In your email, please provide information
about the question, its ID number, and the reason you find the content
questionable.
